How it works:
First we establish a password protected and encrypted internet connection between us. You decide how long the connection lasts.
I then take temporary control of your keyboard and mouse and locate and fix your problem.
You see everything that I do and you can stop the session at any time. Once your computer has been fixed please return to this page and pay the fixed rate of 40 Euros.
